2022-01-13 21:15:24 +0000 UTCSo I read some interviews with those actors and according to them they were directed to play the characters as over-the-top stupid caricatures. And with each take they were told to ham it up even more. I tend to believe it because if everything else in the show is so well done then why would the director accept those performances if it wasn't what he wanted? I hated those performances as well but I tend to blame the director who requested those types of performances rather than the actors who gave what was asked of them.
