2021-12-22 02:30:38 +0000 UTCWhen you think about the fact that the gang member, Jang Deok-su, is basically the biggest and scariest guy in there, it makes sense for nobody to intervene during that food scene. Getting on the bad side of the big goon who started a fight on day 1, has a group of other nasty dudes on his side, and is currently kicking a guy to death for dropping his drink is a pretty dangerous proposition. There's also the fact that most of the people in there are two-faced gambling addicts. Being a good Samaritan probably doesn't get you far in the Squid Game. At the same time, those risky, rare moments of kindness are what makes you love characters in our main group like Ali and Gi-Hun. Loving the reactions, looking forward to the next episodes!
