I'm pretty sure Takemichi holding on to Baji moved him and the area where he got stabbed so that it wasn't fatal straight away....I think??

Like with other animes say HxH or JJK they give their own explanations as to how their characters are able to fight like they do i.e. Nen and Cursed Energy. But this anime is like "nah F* it". I kind of akin it to watching a Micheal Bay movie, you just need to turn off your brain and enjoy the fights and not ask yourself "wait how did that 14 year old kid survive getting hit in the face with a lead pipe 20 times". Because clearly in this world CTE is just not a thing lol ๐
