As for the latter conversation, having grown up in a 90% hispanic city and having dated both an east asian and south asian woman, one can certainly see us whites don't have a monopoly on the whole racism game. I will say there is no such thing as a good stereotype. There are good stereotypes about a lot of ethnicities that create more problems than good, for they always come at the expense of others. When one starts to accept positive stereotypes as 'true' it opens the door for bad people to accept 'maybe bad stereotypes are true too'.
