Our first musical montage... ahhhhh what's to come :) It's amazing how a show can be so offensive and so heartwarming at the same time... loving these reactions and the post discussions. That "dirty" comment Chang made was a WHOA moment... and I definitely think it's a joke blending with reality. He's teaching them spanish grammar, and what he's saying is actually accurate for what they're learning... but he's intentionally saying the most offensive thing he can think of to the people he's directing the teachings to. A lot of the ways Community touches on morality and prejudices happen in subtle short bursts... sometimes less subtle. But I think it's usually more a general underlying sense of what they're trying to say. For example, the 2 characters that have been racist, Chang and Pierce, are both also perceived to be the 2 most problematic characters... and we will delve much further into why they are who they are.
