Even if all of them are criminals to some degree, because Polpo’s test basically roots out anyone who cant be trusted while also allows people who deceive successfully and had stand potential, you’ve got a powder keg of die hard loyalist who may have super powers and thugs who all have superpowers and are being used as tools. Also, people who get stands go just a lil power crazy if left unchecked (see half the town of Morioh) so this situation was inevitable. Its such a shame so many beautiful people had to kill each other because the boss turned out to be a baby’s daddy
