As strange as the fish tank room thing was, the bit that gets me is that the episode ends with the 'Earth Angel' song from the Enchantment Under The Sea dance from Back To the Future. The Back to The Future themes keep running through this show and I'm too dumb to figure out what it means.

Python is simple programming language, but it's often used by hackers to code malicious scripts within other applications, such as email or social media apps. You'll often see it utilized in phishing emails, for example--trying to obtain sensitive information about a person through what appears to be benign means. White Rose was clearly phishing Angela to coerce her to do what she wanted, and Elliot Mr. Robot to finally figure out what he's been up to this whole time.
