2021-08-03 20:00:18 +0000 UTCHaha, I remember when they started dancing, it caught me so off guard. Also, IDK if anyone has explained this, and sorry if someone has. But Mista hates the number 4 because in Japanese, along with Chinese, it's a homophone. So when you pronounce the number 4, it sounds similar to when you pronounce the word for death, it's a common superstition where they think the number 4 is bad luck because it sounds like the word death. Kind of like some people avoid the number 13 here.
2021-08-03 18:23:57 +0000 UTCI believe they're just reading stand names instead of hearing them, and not knowing the references isnt helping when they read it despite subconsciously hearing the actual names, that was always the fun part to me, hearing the actual names and catching the references, part 5 has my favorite stand names Babyface, Green Day, Sticky Fingaz, Grateful Dead, Notorious B.I.G. like they went ham on this part

2021-08-03 10:20:18 +0000 UTCI think stands were supposed to be like an evolved form of hamon based on how strong your soul is. Like in joseph and jotaro's case their stands only awakened because of dio but then you also have people who of course are given stands by the arrow.
