I'm thankful for this update. I do know how it can be, the guilt and shame tend to spiral and make it even harder to communicate but you do have to rip that bandaid off eventually, especially when you have an obligation to your backers. I do wish there was a schedule with posting things as well as communication, though if there isn't a schedule then please communicate that too. I understand it can be overwhelming with so many people seeming like they're demanding answers but I hope you can sympathize with our position. Hope this didnt come off too harsh
