Icebear Radio Sneakpeak!

HELLO! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! (a little late but still january, still counts!!!!)

I have been working more on Icebear Radio lately, and I've done a lot of design changes to the idea! I felt a little bit stuck on the visual part, and I felt like it wasn't the right vibe, so I decided to find out something else. I remembered that some of the songs I have in my playlist are from rhythm games, and I got really inspired by that for my menu. I grew up playing a lot of Dance Dance Revolution, so I based the playlist layout on that, even the sound used for switching songs are the same as one of the DDR games! 

For the editing I did want to use after effects, but everything I wanted to do I could see it getting done in premiere pro too lol, so I'm just using that, and it's working out really well! It is however taking aaaages to render, but I think it would do that in After Effects too... You can see the moving parts in the sneakpeak video, how it switches songs and how album art slides in, pretty simple, yet effective! I also added some song information, like album name and what year it came out, because why not!

I've already planned multiple playlists, some of them are themed like café, travel, or vacation! The idea was also to have Icebear dance differently for each song, but I kinda liked that it was just this one dance, so I'm gonna start there, and maybe expand to even more elaborate animations if I feel like it later on. I'm thinking of adding some funfacts throughout the video that will pop up randomly about the artist or the song, I think that could be cool!

ALSO in addition to Icebear Radio, I'm currently working on Icebell Café!!!! I saw a chance to put it into a school project, so I did just that, using my time wisely!!! I'm gonna post about it later, but I'm modelling some cool furniture and stuff, with an "assemble your own ice cream" part as well! I have also set up a wall in the café just to put in pictures from people visiting and creating their own ice cream, so I'm really excited about that, can't wait to see what people will make! I gotta make sure to make really nice ice creams and decorations...
