Too fragile to confront what you bring to them sometimes. Makes it easier to accept when I keep that in mind. Like they’ll never be able to face these things and I owe them my compassion for whatever made them that way.

Was very illuminating that so many other people have that inner voice that it made it into this TV show... I agree, very stressful episode, but I point to it when people are curious about what depression is like.
