EARLY ACCESS! - Poppin' Candy Fever COVER!

HELLO!!!

I finally finished one of my covers, Poppin' Candy Fever!!!!!!!! It'll premiere on my youtube this sunday July 24th at 4:00 pm CEST! You can find the waiting room for it here. BUT.. I thought I could do a little early access video for patreon, so I made a secret new backup channel that I plan to upload early access stuff, and patreon stuff! So here's the cover before anybody else hears or sees it!

I usually mix my own vocals, and for that I use FL studio. I was actually gonna do harmonies, but it didn't sound right to me, and I thought it sounded better without, so I left it with just the main vocals and the adlibs! I tried to polish the main vocals so all the tones would be as clear as possible, which is a challenge to do by hand, but it really does a lot to a song! The adlibs are pretty much untouched, only balanced and mixed, so they're basically just my pure voice!

The video was done in Premiere Pro WHICH MAKES THINGS A LOT EASIER FOR ME :D I saw the potential to do this in Premiere, and NOT After Effects, and I TOOK IT WOOOOOOOOOOO. I do need to befriend After Effects though, but this was not the time. Oh, and one of the hardest things, surprisingly, was FINDING THE FONTS. I had to search up things in japanese to find a blogpost that isn't available outside of Japan that mentioned one of the fonts. Luckily, google had the text in the preview part so I could find it! Then I found out they used one font for the japanese text, and then another for the english one?! I had to search up the font by image, and using "WhatTheFont". As soon as I found their names, both of the fonts ended up being free in the Adobe fonts for people with the Creative Cloud thing, so I could download them easily because I have it though school, lucky!!!!!! The rest was just.. tedious text work, but a lot faster than AE! I did have a bit of fun with trying to animate me and icebear though hehehe.

The drawing I already kinda talked about, and showed here, but yeah, I'm still really glad that I went ahead and drew something instead of using illustrator, which is where I feel safe. I feel I learned a lot by drawing, and I wanna do it more!

Ok I'm gonna go chill a little bit, and then I'm gonna maybe continue on my summer outfit, I don't have much time :S
