Garfiel could have stayed in that form, he turned back so he doesn't lose himself and attack everyone amongst other things. It's elaborated on more in the light novel

Wrath is the Witch that had to go more than any of them. They seem to have cut it out and may only mention it in the director's cut of this series but every time The Witch of Wrath uses her powers a calamity happens something in the world.

It's not even bad translation tbh, i swear he said in earlier episodes that he indirectly caused Ram's village's demise, but he never said HE personally did it. Like you said, he chose not to prevent it on purpose.

It really is just bad translations The only thing Roswaal did was he let Rams village get attacked because his book told him it was. He says hes responsible for it because he choose not to prevent the attack.

Also, I wonder if Emilia knows Minerva/ Witch of Wrath. Why wouldn't Minerva didn't let Emilia look at her face and she had trouble introducing herself. She never actually said her name to Emilia. I know everyone has this theory that Minerva may be her mother so I'm excited to see where this goes.

I don't think y'all noticed but we have never seen Echidna face in any of the actual flashbacks of when she was alive. They never showed her face, only in the tea party's world/trials. Also, it wouldn't make sense for Reinhart to help because he isn't supporting Emilia and isn't her knight.

What I noticed initially watching this episode was that Ram is finally able to summon her horn again, but it seems like it hurts to use hence the bleeding.
