2021-03-03 19:37:24 +0000 UTCFrom my understanding, the witch’s cult on their own attacked Ram’s village while Roswaal chose to watch and wait for his time to swoop in and look like a hero to the twins. Technically he didnt actually destroy their village, he just let it happen
