And that's not a dig at other shows or channels, it's just a matter of I generally feel like for most shows I can get what people think just seeing their reactions in real time, it's the deep nature of the show and your input that I find valuable in watching all of it.

2021-01-22 16:22:13 +0000 UTCIt is definitely tough, especially because we are sort of trained to think being outgoing, happy or appreciative means people putting on a big show of their emotions. More than likely why people who do feel like it's hard to express themselves, feel guilty when we can't naturally do that.

I can be very happy and feel strongly about things but not often can I show that which has definitely caused issues in past relationships so I find myself trying to push those emotions out. Like laughing at something I think is funny but not funny enough to laugh at. It definitely sucks when you can't exactly get how you're feeling across.
