Satella and Rem are the only characters that love Subaru. Well Petra too but she's a little kid. Echidna is after Subaru purely for his Return by Death ability. Without that authority she wouldn't care for him in the slightest. The other witches intervened and helped Subaru partly because they want to help him from making a mistake, and partly for stopping Echidna. It's hard to mention anything else without throwing out spoilers, but the only characters to be in love with Subaru at this point in the story are a comatose girl, a child, and a sealed witch

Real or fake I would assume that reinhardt has the power to defeat him even in his true form. Also remember echidna said earlier that she's been watching subaru all this time. It's possible that the other witches have too to some extent so they grew fond of him? Who knows. I need more answers!
