2020-12-22 08:20:31 +0000 UTCI agree, i believe zero has better storytelling and characterisation, compared to stay night. But i still LOVE stay night, stay night is just more shounen action compared to zero, thats why some people prefer it, not that its a bad thing, just an observation.

2020-12-12 15:59:35 +0000 UTCI vastly prefer Zero over Unlimited Blade Works, but it is still really good, and they should watch it right after. Unlimited Blade Works is really, really good and the animation is something to be experienced, it miles beyond most.

2020-12-10 23:59:40 +0000 UTCI used to think Zero and S/N were about equal but after rewatching both recently due to Blind Wave reacting to it - Zero is MILES better lmfao, my rewatch made me rate Zero higher than i did before and S/N lower. S/N is still good, don't get me wrong, but Zero is better in pretty much every single way imo.

Blue Beard had a tendency to kill his wives (he's from a French folk tale), Black Beard was a feared pirate and actual living human. :) I think most of the heroes are from fables and tales. I could be wrong about that last bit though.

Also Caster isn't Blue Beard the pirate but Gilles de Rais, a French military serial killer who targeted children in the 1400's. Lancer is Dairmuid ua Duibhne, who was an Irish mythological figure who could apparantly seduce any woman due to his "love spot". Btw can you put Fate Stay nights up to a vote after you've done with this rather than moving straight onto it? As Fate/Zero is considered by most people to be the far better of the two. Either way looking forward for this series to unfold!
