2020-12-13 13:05:20 +0000 UTCYet another bojack episode that I relate to. He was in a great relationship but he ruined it. He finally landed secretariat but ultimately still wasn't happy. So then it just boils down to what makes him happy and honestly don't know why he would just assume charlotte was just single and alone like him. As if they could just pick up where they left off, but I understand all of bojacks actions in this episode even if I don't agree with all of them. He saw so much of charlotte in penny and it clouded his judgement especially since he was already down and looking for that happiness. Bojack in general wants so badly to find happiness in his life that it almost seems like he doesn't care who gets hurt in the process. Even though there are times for me where I wish I could go to that one person who made happy in the pass, I know realistically that wouldn't work. Bojack needs to understand that the world won't just adjust itself for him. He has to work on himself and stop just using the excuse "it's who I am".

Even though Charlotte "kissed too" she quickly came to her senses and acted responsible. The big thing she did that Bojack refused to do with Diane; she told him to leave and refused to let him ruin her family. Bojack wouldn't do that and it caused him to lose Wanda, It really is time for him to stop leaning on excuses and trauma and start to grow up. This show gets in one "Fuck" per season. Usually at a critical scene; this whole scene hit hard. Bojack is a scumbag for leaving his door open.
