2020-11-19 15:15:25 +0000 UTCThis season added a new dimension to Mr. PB's character that really surprised me. It turns out despite his consistent positive attitude; he's not blissfully unaware of what's going on around him. He's aware. It's first shown in S2 Ep1 when Bojack yells at him to leave his trailer. Mr. PB gets upset with himself over Bojack's rejection. Now in this episode he's a jerk to Bojack and at first it can be written off as PB having fun and ribbing for the show, unaware he's hurting Bojack's feelings; but its shown he has a reason after all when he confronts Bojack about the Diane kiss. They say the one we least expect is usually the one playing the fool. This makes me re-think every other bone headed decision PB seemingly makes on a whim or seemingly unaware of its affect; like making PC explain how she knew Herb at his funeral almost exposing her as a fake.
