2020-11-15 03:09:46 +0000 UTCOne thing that I noticed in episode 1X7 It's very missable but when the trial by combat was happening and the Danes attacked When Uthred was running away, Beocca gave him a kiss on his head when they passed each other. Beoccas one of my favorite characters, he's best dad for the MC. Give him the love.. especially when he passed a spear on this finale...

Like you said there was a lot of character development that allowed you to see the human side of Alfred and his wife. And enjoy Beocca and Isseult. The finale was amazing tho, the battle was shot very well. Uhtred flipping over the shield wall and Beocca with the assist gave me the same reaction you had 😂. And finally RIP Leofric and Isseult 😢 Season 2 is amazing as well you’ll love it.
