2020-11-14 04:17:21 +0000 UTCI think that was an artistic choice though. If you're really talking about bad/stagnant backgrounds, think the first half of S2 when Studio Pierrot was animating. All the typical details you'd see with Mir, especially with people's faces, were like nonexistent at times lol
