FB definitely does more harm than good whether people want to admit it or not. Also, in terms of your politics, I consider myself a moderate that leans more left than right but I do agree that both sides have their own benefits. So I always end up being the moderator in debates and it's super annoying -- especially when you see the THOUSANDS of ways both can come to a compromise. But everyone's gotta be the hero of their story. Anyways, great reactions. Super excited for the finale next week.

I'm not a political person but I agree with a lot of the things those 3 wanted for the country so to me trump and biden are two I just don't care for. Trump is trump and I feel like biden is just piggybacking off of the division and chaos and nonsense that trump is causing, trying to get the black vote and vote of millennials.

2020-10-05 04:44:46 +0000 UTCWe all forget that the MEDIA plays a HUGE roll in chaos and shit that goes on in this country, the media no longer works for anybody but themselves, they report on tragedy, hate, racism 24/7 on a loop, and purposelessly opt all the good things going on in our country, so you just see hate, bad, chaos and it leads to people like the first dude who blame the immigrants, Mexicans, foreigners, blacks, whites etc and go over the edge. Media/social media puts the blame and keeps us divided. Hate/Negative media spreads better and is more profitable than the latter. Covid and the lockdowns made this situation worse since everyone is home glued to the TV and Phone(social media)

Too many old people in office looking to line their pockets and not protect the people they're sworn to serve. It's sad. America, in many ways, is representative of the kind of government that caused the rebellion that birthed the country in the first place. I hope things can turn around but I know for a fact that it won't with neither Trump or Biden. Trump will just further the division of the nation and Biden will just try to return things to status quo as opposed to make valuable change. Thanks for expressing your views. All that said, this episode of the Boys is great. So much happened. It'll be interesting to see where the show goes. It's already diverged in some ways from the comic, so there's a good chance it'll be a surprise for everyone.

You guys should check him out if you haven't. Really in line with a lot of stuff you brought up at the end. He's from another time when people were more reasonable: He's very liberal-but not in like... a surface level annoying way. Edit: I don't have kids, but I do feel like that was some really fuck'n good parenting advice. The political shit was great and hilarious and true.

He’s still infinitely better than a far-right authoritarian fascist that’s dangerously incompetent. Our choices suck rn…but unfortunately these are the choices we have. I honestly don’t understand how people can be so oblivious to the unique awfulness and danger of Trump. I’m a medical scientist on a NATO base for the USAF. I’ve been testing people for COVID-19 all year and assisting with research. I saw firsthand how the EU and other nations handled the outbreak. Then I came back to the US to watch my own father die from it months ago. I saw so many arrogantly selfish jackasses refusing to simply wear masks in stores. Trump has since the beginning lied and spread dangerous misinformation and emboldened this behavior. None of this is to mention his straight-up fascistic orders and policies. Trump spews hate-filled divisive garbage nonstop and emboldens the worst in his cultish followers. Biden will not bring the changes the US needs overall. He will however not be a batshit, far-right fascist and would listen to doctors, epidemiologists, virologists, and experts. Hell…McCain and Romney would have listened to the experts and not been nearly as authoritarianly fascistic. I completely agree about FB. When I occasionally get on it, I see Boomers posting absolute garbage nonsense. It’s sad and pathetic really.
