Not praised as much as demon slayer or my hero literally the most popular anime right now even though its constantly among the most popular then I guess it means its the (highest tier of being under rated ) go read a book on what under rated means .

BC is the highest tier of underrated, people give up on it way to quick because of Asta screaming in the beginning.
