You guys are over-thinking the pills. Nacho had a multi-compartment thing for the pills yes because he had to make sure he replaced the pills with the exact amount of pills Hector already had in his possession. Also, they're not "poison" pills, they're ibuprofen. You think Nacho wants an investigation over a poisoned Hector? What about everyone else in power--that would be suspicious as hell. The fact that Hector is taking ibuprofen versus his usual medicine will surely catch up to him sooner rather than later.

I loved how it dawned on you bit by bit just how sleazy Jimmy was being. I guess you could say he really took a fall, morally speaking.
