no one of them knows anything .. did the NPC(enemy) in any game know-how manny time the player tries to defeat him or talk to him or rescue him ... if you the only one how can go back in time or had the ability to repeat your day all over again as it is not ever done or even someone gives you this ability ONLY YOU, do you expect people around you will know every time when you use it or when it happens ... ofc not

The time line is: Subaru wakes up -> Beatrice knocks him out -> RESPAWN SET -> Subaru wakes up again to the twins. That's why they are talking as if they already know each other because they do.
