I would have voted The expanse if it wasn't that they just finished Breaking Bad, I think continuing to watch BCS while Breaking bad is fresh n their minds would be great. But I would love to see The expanse reaction :/

Breaking bad I think is more action driven, the stakes are higher and you’re always wondering who’s going to live or die. BCS is pretty much the opposite of that where it focuses on these smaller dramas and is generally more character driven . I dunno I just enjoy and relate to the characters a lot more in BCS than in breaking bad . I tell everyone this, don’t go into it expecting breaking bad 2.0. It is not that at all (although you can argue it does have these moments in the show, especially in later seasons) . It’s equally as brilliant but for a different reason

2020-03-22 03:34:50 +0000 UTCThe first two seasons are pretty slow but season three onwards are actually pretty amazing. The season 3 finale was pretty bonkers. I just wouldn't go into it thinking it's going to be like BrBa where everything is in a constant state of falling apart. BCS is more true to normal life.

2020-03-21 18:10:32 +0000 UTCI know y’all don’t really watch react to movies, and I think you both have an awesome sense of humour and would laugh as hard as I did watching it, but y’all should totally watch “What we do in the shadows” directed by Taika Waititi.. I heard there’s a tv show too but I haven’t seen it yet but it’s also directed by taika so ya bound to be good lol. Ive just rewatched it and it’s exactly what’s needed during these weird times. Even if you don’t react to it... it’s defs worth a watch 🙂

2020-03-21 15:08:59 +0000 UTCI didn't enjoy it. Saul is one of the characters I liked least in Breaking Bad and after 4 episodes of the spin off I was done. It's great that other people liked it. I found it wholly unnecessary personally and of the characters they could have chosen to spin-off from, I found Saul to be the least likable choice.

2020-03-21 12:05:21 +0000 UTCBetter Call Saul is better than Breaking Bad imo, I don't see how its unnecessary at all, in fact, it turns a lot of the kind of 1 dimensional characters in BB (Mike, Saul) into some of the most interesting and tragic on a BB rewatch. Its the opposite of unnecessary.
