Gigantomachia "The Titan" was presumably the big man with the radio around his neck in kirishima's flashback, He was also seen way back in season two after the Stain fight where they first showed off the new villains Toga, Dabi, Spinner, Mustard and Gigantomachia. I'm sure you will catch it on the rewatch but it was mentioned Gigantomachia was One of All For One's faithful servants.
