Prodigious or not, it really doesnt matter THAT MUCH, when it comes to this anime. Uvo was way more experienced that Kurapika, yet Kurapika clearly outclassed him. Even though Kurapika isnt as “prodigious” as Gon & Killua, he is still every bit as capable as we them

One of the major drawbacks to Kurapika’s men abilities is that he is mostly suited to one on one combat. Going up against all of the Phantom Troupe, especially without knowing each of their abilities, would get him killed.

I know ya'll are surprised at Kura's flex in this ep, but just know that Gon & Killua still are far more prodigious. Kura's not as "OP" as you think. "Chain Jail" can only be used against the spiders. That's the condition that enhances its strength. However, if any of the Spiders know about Chain Jail, then it would practically render it useless. Again, knowledge is power in nen combat. It only worked so well because Uvo got tricked and misdirected. Also "Emperor Time" has its own massive price that Kurapika has to pay every time he has it activated. It's revealed way later on in the manga so I can't spoil it for you, however, it was hinted in this episode, and more so later in this arc. See if you notice. Although, if you're not gonna read the manga anyways, which I'm guessing you won't, feel free to ask us or just look it up yourself. In my opinion, knowing Emperor Time's drawbacks will only give you a better perspective. If Togashi revealed it during this arc, it'll probably enhance the experience because so many people consider this an asspull win.
