2019-05-15 22:42:50 +0000 UTCSo far Part B of this season has been all but identical to the manga, which I'm loving. The conversation between Armin and Bertholdt was a little bit different, though. Bertholdt tells Armin that he knows he's just buying time, so Armin asks him, "Why did you agree to talk?". Bertholdt remembers Marco and replies that "...I just wanted to make sure. " It bothered him that he hadn't agreed to talk it over with Marco, so he decided to stop and talk with Armin before he did anything else. Obviously that conversation didn't really go anywhere, other than him realizing that Armin was just stalling while the others went to kill Reiner. Loving ya'll's reactions and it's good to have fellow 'enemy sympathizers' :) I just don't feel like I know enough about the reasons behind their mission to dismiss it.
