The series definitely had a shift in tone from the first season, and one can kind of feel it in these first three episodes where they highlight Mob's dilemma more clearly. These first few episodes show us that it's not simply an action-packed comedy show about an overpowered psychic teenager, but it's more like the "with great power comes great responsibility" coming-of-age scenario, wherein we see Mob trying to deal with the supernatural realm and still try to live as a normal teenager. The series also has really good character development and art style as you guys noted. Initially, I also thought that the art style wasn't the typical anime art style and character design. It reminded me of Western cartoons to be honest. But I think that adds character and personality to the show as a whole. Great reaction as always!
