Isn't it neat that the prospect of a full tournament arc seemed like such a turnoff at first, but now that nen's been introduced, it really changes the game? In fact, with such a new powers/fighting concept that has many intricacies (and winds up being the foundation for the rest of the series to come), it's pretty useful that a time-worn concept like a tournament story is employed here.

2019-04-17 20:29:10 +0000 UTCHisoka kinda saved their lives tho, everyone on the 200th floor can use nen and if you're someone that doesn't you can easily die or permanently injured, plus he wants to fight Gon at his full potential and he can't do that if Gon doesn't learn nen. Also you should write down what you learn about nen, it'll help in the long run!
