2018-10-12 07:52:09 +0000 UTCFYI, since it may not always be clear. There are two gates for each of the walled cities that jut out from the wall: the outer gate and the inner gate. The inner gate is what restricts access to the wall proper and the wall isn't totally breached until the inner gate is breached. So far the Colossal Titan has breached the outer gates of Shinganshina and Trost and the Armored Titan breached the inner gate of Shinganshina. This is why the area inside Wall Maria (the outermost wall) is now "titan territory" and humanity has had to withdraw behind Wall Rose. Now that Trost's outer gate is breached, they're worried that the Armored Titan will appear and breach the inner gate, rendering Wall Rose useless.
