Jumping is a bit off. The progressive height is fine, but the narrow gaps that you bounce your head off of when trying to get up a level is annoying more than difficult. You might want to alter collision detecting on that to make it a bit smoother.

2018-07-29 03:48:57 +0000 UTCFun stuff though the Jumping seems to be more of a hassle than I imagine is intended. Also my Xbox controller seemed to interfere with any of my letter commands which led to me restarting the game a few times thinking something was bugged XD

2018-07-29 00:26:09 +0000 UTCVery nice. I really like the sprites and the animations, especially the falling animation. The only problem I had was jumping up to solid blocks(the ones you can't just jump through). It was easy to just barely not have enough height, and if you aren't holding in a directional arrow key you will just fall back down. This also makes it easy to fall off of one tile boxes while jumping, since you have to hold the arrow key then let go before you fall off. I think a ledge grab could fix these problems. One, it fixes near misses by letting you up if you were a little too low. Two, it fixes the problem of falling off the other side, because playing a quick animation would give you time to let go of the arrow key. Other than that, I think it is great.
