You know, this wasn't one of my favorites when I watched it the first time, I thought it was good, I loved the serious moments we don't usually get, but idk why it didn't hit me that hard the first time I watched it. It is one of my friend's favorite arcs, and I have to say, everytime I rewatch it, it slowly creeps up the list, nothing will top the later serious arcs for me, but this arc is probably right under those arcs, it is so good, well developed, one of the best story telling moments in this show, that sets off the major events later, and I love it!! I'm glad you enjoyed it as well!

4 devas is an incredible arc. One of my faves easily. And I wouldn’t dock anyone who says it’s their favorite in the whole series. It’s really special!

Eh, 4 Devas is imo the 2nd best serious arc of the 200s so it might be a bit.

As far as arcs you don't know how to top. You will keep saying that during the next major arcs I promise you ;)

Looking back in retrospective you can notice SO many details.
I love how all the characters are real... Gin actually was kinda throwing the towel there when he wanted to head all alone to fight Jirocho. Their friends steped up and snaped him out of the bs.
Look at Shinpachi my dude. He is growing stronger little by little :')

Holy shit, I just connected the dots between what Kagura said to Gin and something that comes up way later on.

“I’m Home.”
Also, coincidentally enough, episode 214 turned 10 years old yesterday.
