First Lottery winner!
Added 2019-12-27 00:14:47 +0000 UTCSince it's the end of the month, it's time for the monthly Lottery draw. Honestly I was expecting a bit more participants, but I guess nobody can say I didn't gave enough time to apply.
Anyways, I used a symple unbias method to decide the winner. I called my sister to chose a number between 1 and 4 in apply order. I think I will use this method in the future.
