Durst
Added 2018-07-16 19:13:10 +0000 UTCA commission of a Drow that recently fell under control of the Raven queen. His wife passed away and he keeps several mementos of her on himself such as a bundle of letters he wrote to her, a bottle of her perfume, and a scythe adorned with an angelic carving of her image complete with razor sharp angelic wings.
During the the time of this piece the one of the client's cat had passed away and requested I added a symbol of him somewhere. He sent an image of his 2 cats sleeping together, so I decided to add both of the cat's head as a metal ornament fixed to his belt. that way both the cats can still be together at least int his form. This commission took me a while to do, but in the end the client was happy with it so I am too!

I love the small details and how they are a natural part of the character, yet still stand out enough that you notice them, very hard to pull off. Amazing work Lia!
