Greetings adventurers, and welcome back to the third and final part of Betrayer's Rise!
In this set, we have smaller, cozier chambers full of tight spots and tough corners. None tougher than the Chasme Lair. At first glance this place is naught but a few tall walls. Fancy footwork needed, sure, but it's almost a vacation compared to the towering animosity of the temple before it. That is, until one hears a terrible buzz below... And then there you are, ringed front and back by ex-party members, now otherwise known as people in your way.




Following coldly on those buzzing heels is the Shadow Demon's room. This one is meant to be a chamber for quizzing your favorite demons, right after activating and dodging the mechanisms and sleeping obelisks in your way.




Lastly, for those bloodthirsty enemies who want a bite at you, there is the Nightmare coliseum. More obstacle course than a fair fight, the ground is ringed with crumbling grate and rolling traps, the paths narrow and the demons fierce. Occasionally, nails of some unseen being tap gently against the walls, reassuring you that whatever you face in these narrow ways, greater lie ahead.
