Upadate about the ''Eviction'' case:

In case to receive a burofax or a ''bully's'' visit i'll just call them inmediatly.

Can’t stand it when they mess with your creativity. Like I said I’ve been a fan since my deviantart page. I was young but I didn’t care. Loved your work then and still love it now!

2021-10-06 18:48:36 +0000 UTCA friend of mine had an "eviction" as well, but wasn't able to get legal advice until after they moved out. You really can't be evicted unless you violate your lease contract by my understanding. That's why it's a contract
