In this set of maps we have a moat-encircled fortress, similar in style to the pincer fortress from our previous set, but marked by clear waters and strong architecture! Straddling the local waterways is this fortress, with one narrow way out and in, good vantage points, and horizon lines for days:
This map in particular doubles as good fenlands when the fortress is cleared out:
A marshier version with its own clear stagnant pool for campsites and muddy battles along its coast!
And of course, a version with the twin rivers intact. All of these variants come with weather variants too, so one can think roman at every hour:
