Undermountain Set 07

It's the last update for the year, and this time around the destination is a less gloomy part of the Undermountain, featuring parts of Skullport at L3!
In this first map we've got a small settlement for those who come by the Sargauth river, featuring a low-tide dock on its southern side and a small self-sufficient, defensible settlement in the northern area.
On the southern end is the docks, which captures the debris of the river and which the denizens use for transport and travelling.
All of it sits on slippery treacherous stone, and precarious falls and an ability to swim are just the requirements of this adventure.
Its denizens are many, the location shambling and fortress-like, with lookouts at every corner. Inside is all the trappings of an underground life, including a small market where peddlers meet and a communal kitchen!

The variations include the standard day/night, plus a discolored subterannean version and an unlit version for those who want their underground shadier and stormier!
