This set marks our first visit to the twisted woods and groves where whispered words of otherworldly happenings have been heard; an area full of knotted ruins and bridges, and strange foliage sometimes wonderful or terrible to behold!
This batch is our first one, so we thought we'll start with some entrance areas! From jolly olde outposts built on what was once clearly someone else's civilization - or magicked portals and oddball ruins that promise to transport your party to stranger grounds.
This first map set contains three separate maps that can combine to form a larger area if you want. It contains two ruined bridges built of odd stone larger than many men can carry. It's best juxtaposed against the small outpost that has spring up against it.
The residents have clearly pulled down some of these fallen bridges to build their homes, and word is that the stones themselves have had strong words to say about this...
The maps in this series come with alternative versions for those who need a fey-touched area.
Plus standard night visions, a brighter color variant, and a foggy, deserted mood!
