Added 2025-04-24 00:32:10 +0000 UTCI looked at some JSON and was able to put all the dialogs into files. I decided to start with Brazil first, as it's one of the countries that's been following the game's development the most.

PD: I know there are some missing characters/sprites that Spanish doesn't have. I'll add them over time.
