Hey everyone! This week we're back with the interior of the dwarven stronghold! It comes with its own feasting halls, cellars, cookroom, armory, altar, fire pit, and even an outhouse. This one is a huge 40x79 map that spans across 9 A2-sheets for those of you who use printouts.

This is how the map is divided:

And here's a peek at our super early sketch of this one! It's all shapes at this point and the rough placements of things, before we move it to the rendering phase. Those lovely crosshatch brushes are from Justin Gerard, who makes some of the most awesome Photoshop brushes out there.

For the dwarven stronghold's bonus maps, we thought we'll try something new!
We wanted to aim for something between custom fully painted maps, and a modularity that surpasses our usual asset kits, so we've come up with these pre-made rooms that you can make into your own bases and fortresses instead:

These rooms come in a default of 2x2, 2x3, 4x6... Etc. and can be rotated at will and paired with hallways and doors - make the exact base you need! Or at least, we hope so.
That's why we're releasing half of it first while we continue working on the theme, so you guys can let us know what you think is missing, what else you'd like to see, and so on! We're planning standard goodies and also larger rooms like arenas, barracks, and even some markets and quartermaster zones - so let us know what other suggestions you've got.
Right now we're up to about 70+ assets and we've no intention of stopping.
Of course, for those of y'all who don't want the whole drag of making your own maps, we've got pre-made maps with these assets as bonus maps. For this set we've got an underground tavern, and a prison for dwarves to lock up their long-legged nemeses:

And that's all for this set!
