While on a trip to Italy, Male Ranma witnesses a mob crime and must go into witness protection and remain in female form. While annoyed by the skimpy italian clothes he has to wear in his new identity, he catches the eye of a powerful local gangster who decides to make "her" his new girl and gifts a pair of strange, enchanting earrings.
Forced to along and not blow his cover, Ranma finds himself unknowingly falling more and more into his new role, squeezed into gaudy clothes and his curves swelling to fit a distinguished voluptuous Mob Wife...
