A few months have passed since Peter was trapped in his Aunt May's body in an alternate universe, struggling to get used to his new gender and age, fighting crime with his new flowing curves, as well as being a married woman to Uncle Ben. Since his arrival, Peter has been rapidly putting on weight and ballooning in size in mysterious circumstances, making hero work difficult and quickly outgrowing his underwear and clothes. Not that May's husband seems to mind the extra cushion...

Since my characters have been rounder and rounder over the years, I added my own quick recolor edit, reimagining this scenario as a blueberry TF on top of the GILF TF. Not a usual TF here, but a fun one anyways!
