CGTMM "completed" pages

I put completed in quotes because I go back and change thins all the time, so the work won't be truly complete until I actually make a cohesive narrative out of it. These just fill in some gaps in the color/noncolor pages of pages I've posted before. the page numbers aren't even accurate anymore technically. I'm trying to at least clean up the parts that are more or less complete and tell the broad strokes of the story.
