Momo ends up narrowly losing the "hoeing" competition with Shoto, resulting her undergoing further transforming at the hands of the mysterious perverted villain, mutating into an even uglier, older, but also more plump and buxom old slut ready for more clients.
This is probably the ugliest I've ever gone in an uglification TF, but I would be lying if I said I didn't have fun with seeing how far I could go and also try to keep her sexy.
