Everything Is Cake part 1

After a single taste of this delicious worldcake Alex is compelled to eat & eat, stuffing herself to gigantic proportions. Instead of getting full, however, each bite makes her want even more worldcake.
This is labeled part one in case it seems like more parts are desired.
