According to the wiki, Hazard Level is someone's tolerance to Nebula Gas. Level 1 die after being exposed to Nebula Gas or when being beaten as a Smash. Level 2 survive their dosage but suffer short term/long term memory loss. And when you hit Level 3, you become compatible with the Build Driver and can transform. Apparently, the Build Driver can increase your Hazard Level the more you use it. Rogue and Stalk use the Transteam Gub and Lostbottles to transform. Rogue has Bat and Stalk has Cobra. Unlike with the Build system, the Transteam system wil not increase your Hazard Level.

2025-09-09 05:35:29 +0000 UTC26:29 They've proved enough that it's not Gentoku's assistant. A few eps ago when Rogue told Stalk to go to Hokuto with him, the assistant was in the background. And even this episode Stalk called and he answered the phone and gave it to Gentoku (18:00)

2025-09-08 21:36:19 +0000 UTCI'll probably skip that bexause it spoils OOO, Gain, and Ex-aid. I heard its important to Ryuga's development but I think I should be able to watch it once I watch the other series.

2025-09-08 17:30:41 +0000 UTCI don’t know if anyone has told you this already but as a heads up, the crossover movie with the previous season (Kamen rider ex-aid) is slightly important as it introduces elements that will be part of the main show moving forward. It has a post credit scene I believe as well.
