Vague Exit Surveys Don’t Help Creators
Added 2025-08-17 16:06:09 +0000 UTCYou know, I really wish people would reach out to me directly if there’s an issue instead of leaving a vague exit survey. The newest one said, “low volume for videos… it is annoying.” That would have been helpful feedback if I knew which videos they were talking about. My more recent videos are louder than older ones—in fact, sometimes I have trouble hearing myself over the show audio.
I guess the point of this post is: if you ever run into issues, please reach out to me directly. Exit surveys without context don’t really help me improve. If someone leaves because of financial reasons or one of the standard options, that’s totally understandable. But when extra notes are added without details, it leaves me in the dark as a creator. At the end of the day, I want to make things better—but I can’t do that without specifics.
